Docent Training at Martin Griffin Preserve: Nature lovers sought to enrich lives of Bay Area elementary school children

Nature lovers and life-long learners are invited to attend Audubon Canyon Ranch’s award-winning Docent Training Program at its Martin Griffin Preserve on Bolinas Lagoon in West Marin.

Participants receive high quality training from ACR’s expert biologists as well as local professionals on topics such as birds, wildflowers, mammals, amphibians, spore and seed producing plants, regional plant communities and environmental education techniques.

Trained docents visit Bay Area elementary schools and lead small groups of students on trails at the preserve.
