Fairfax Pavilion to Showcase Local Artist
Artist-in-residence Matthew Tasley's latest mural will be displayed in an exhibit next week.
The Fairfax Pavilion will hold an exhibit next week featuring the work of an accomplished local artist.
Artist-in-residence Matthew Tasley’s latest mural will be displayed in an exhibit in the Pavilion’s upstairs loft on Nov. 8 (from 6 to 10 p.m.) and Nov. 9 (from noon to 10 p.m.).
Tasley has a Master’s in Fine Art from UC Santa Barbara and teaches art for Buckelew Program’s Transitional Age Youth-TAY program in San Rafael.

His 8-by-25-foot “Inkwells” mural is described by promoters as a “homage to Fairfax community and families.”
