Even though she just lost her fight at a higher court, Julie Gilman Veronese, 36, is determined to not give up on suing Lucasfilm for wrongful termination in a pregnancy case that has gotten extensive media attention, according to NBC Bay Area.

Veronese was hired in 2009 to be an estate manager at filmmaker and Star Wars creator George Lucas’s San Anselmo property, but she was fire before she began her job. She filed suit, claiming she was terminated because she became pregnant.

Veronese took the case to the Supreme Court, which declined to hear it. Now, the case will return to the Marin County Superior Court, according to the Marin Independent Journal.

Disney purchased Lucasfilm for $4 billion in October 2012. According to the IJ, the acquisition might impact the odds of a settlement.
