The Marin Municipal Water District started emergency work around 6:30 p.m. Thursday in the area of Cedar Street at Magnolia Avenue in San Anselmo, according to a Central Marin Police Authority Nixle alert.
Water was expected to be shut off to the area for the 10 hours during the water main repair and traffic will be restricted, according to the alert.
