Antique & Heirloom Appraisal Day

Thursday, March 8th 12:30- 4:00 pm at the San Rafael Community Center - 618 B Street, San Rafael, CA

Do you have a collection of family heirlooms in your attic? Are you curious to know if your Great Aunt Maude was right to suspect that they hold significant value or if they are simply sentimentally precious?Marin History Museum and Bonhams: Fine Art Auctioneers and Valuers invite you to gather your decorative arts, books and manuscripts, jewelery, antiques, heirlooms, vintage collectibles, and treasured fine art and furniture and bring them to the Antique & Heirloom Appraisal 
Day.

Bonhams will appraise your items and you will have the option to consign and sell at auction if  your pieces meet minimum consignment requirements. Please note that we will not evaluate watches, antiquities, musical instruments, entertainment or sports memorabilia, or African or Oceanic artifacts. Verbal auction estimates will be provided, which does not include a written form of appraisal. Bonhams will be accepting consignments, but  only if the property meets requirement and estimated value of approximately $1000.

Limit of 5 items per person - $20 for Marin History Museum Members, $30 for non-members. Reservations are encouraged. Please call or email MHM with name, address, phone and items you plan to bring for appraisal 
and time you would  like to arrive for your appraisal. Times available are 12:30, 1:30, or 3:30 pm.
