Peter has brought together the talents of 4 string players, 5 horns, a chorus of 12, not to mention the rock band Revolver as the back-beat to the night’s festivities.  Says Penhallow,”I’ve seen this event grow from a few hundred people to over 1000. He also adds,”I’ve watched many families with small children singing right along to the songs not missing a beat or lyric. I’m proud to be part of something that brings such joy and love to the community.”

The Beatles Tribute, which is the kick-off live music event of the summer in Ross Valley, is the major fundraiser for the San Anselmo Arts Commission.  One of the many events that the commission funds is the Music in the Park free concert series which takes place in Creek Park every Sunday from 1pm to 4pm. This year’s series starts on July 22 with the “Organic Jive Collective” and runs through August 14 closing with “Revolver”.
