So, you think you know your movie trivia? Test your skills at new Film Night Trivia contests presented at upcoming outdoor film screenings at Creek Park in San Anselmo.
Each pre-show Film Night Trivia game lasts about fifteen minutes and features questions related to the night's feature film. Hosted by Celeste and Daniel Ezell of Golden Gate Tutoring Center, selected contestants go through a one-minute lighting round answering as many questions as possible. The person who correctly answers the most questions wins a Golden Gate Tutoring Center gift certificate good for three hours of individual tutoring. Other contestants are awarded with movie theater candy.
Film Night Trivia will be presented at upcoming San Anselmo film screenings of "Toy Story 3" on Aug. 6; "Mary Poppins" on Aug. 27; and "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1" on Sept. 3. San Anselmo screenings are presented at Creek Park, located at 451 Sir Francis Drake Blvd., San Anselmo.
Film Night in the Park events begin at 8 p.m. Film screenings begin at dusk. Admission is free, but donations are appreciated. For more information visit www.filmnight.org
