Tango Tales Dance Performance & Fundraiser

Lives transform, passion ignites and fantasies unfold. Director/Choreographer Debbie Goodwin uses the authentic dance style of Argentine Tango to tell the tales in this student production, Feb. 17 & 18 at 8 pm, Feb. 19 at 2 pm.

Treat your Valentine to a romantic outing of tango featuring 25 members of the Marin Argentine Tango community including guest artists Daniel Peters and Janet Lott.

Tango Tales features choreographed couples dances, improvised social dances, and a number choreographed just for women, entitled “Tango in Paris.”  The modern-day stories are inspired by Parisian tango muses from an earlier era who keep the spirit of the dance sizzling throughout the performance.
