Moonalice is a special band, a band that commissions a rock poster poster for every gig. Since 2007, over 420 Moonalice posters have been created and distributed to fans for FREE at Moonalice shows. The art for this monumental poster series has been created by some of rock-n-roll's most legendary artists as well as the Bay Area's most promising emerging artists. From cutting-edge digital graphics, to images reminiscent of 60's psychedelia, the poster images are as diverse as the artist's who created them. Art directed by artist, Chris Shaw, the simple philosophy behind the poster series is to let poster artists do what they do best.
