David Hinds and Selwyn Brown express their anger, sorrow, hopes and pleas for change with a popular reggae beat.
The duo behind the Grammy-winning Steel Pulse will bring that message to the Marin County Fair on July 3 at 7:30 p.m.
The Steel Pulse members mine the experiences and emotions from their own childhood roots in the United Kingdom to their ancestors' journeys for their music.
Steel Pulse has explored various styles of music since the band started out in 1975, and has continued their commitment to fighting injustice, educating the masses, and promoting positive messages through spiritually uplifting music.
