Sustainable Film, Pizza, & Wine Night

Join Sustainable Fairfax and natural builder/teacher/filmmaker, Miguel Elliott of Living Earth Structures as we show his film “Earth Building-Adobe is Alive.”

Miguel led in the building of the snail shaped cob oven in our backyard. We invite to you to enjoy pizzas freshly cooked in this oven.

Miguel discovered natural building growing up in Petaluma, inspired by General Vallejo’s adobe structure there. He has traveled the world learning and teaching about natural building. His projects include building a nightclub out of cob in Chicago, a school in Argentina and locally, he is the sculptor of Lydia’s Kitchen, and the dome behind the Crystal Chalice.
