This weekend’s drizzly weather didn’t stop the annual Fairfax horse and buggy ride on Sunday in downtown Fairfax.
The Fairfax Chamber of Commerce-sponsored event was from noon to 2 p.m. It started at the Parkade steps, went down Bolinas Road, looped back up to Broadway and traveled all the way to Good Earth.
