Ramen Restaurant Gets San Rafael Digs

Uchiwa Ramen will apparently move into a B Street space formerly occupied by a gluten-free grocer.

A new restaurant featuring the deliciously slippery Japanese comfort food will apparently move into the space where a gluten free grocer went belly-up.

Uchiwa Ramen, LLC, has posted a public notice of application to sell alcoholic beverages at the 821 B Street space where gluten-free grocer Sans operated.

Whatever you think of the gluten-free phenomenon (for the record, it’s been widely discredited for all but one percent of the population by mainstream science), Sans had a loyal following with a 4.5-star average Yelp rating.
