Vote for Best Mexican Restaurant!

How do you judge who has the best Mexican food? Do you choose one or two items — mine are the tamale and chicken enchilada molé — to compare across restaurants? Do you look at overall value and food quality or do you go with the food philosophy that a restaurant can have one killer item that is the sole reason to go there.

If you were recommending a place to friends from out-of-town, where would you send them?
