What's Your Favorite Spot for Live Music at Night?

In this week's Readers' Choice survey, we focus on nightclubs that host live gigs for musicians.

If there's one thing that San Anselmo-Fairfax is known for it's its nightlife and there's a lot more places to choose from that the typical Marin town.

So our question this week is what's your favorite place in San Anselmo-Fairfax to go see live music at night? In this week's survey we ask you to pick your No. 1 nightclub to check out musicians on stage.

Here are the nominees for this week. As always, if we've missed someplace, please tell us in the comments or contact the site editor and we'll add it ASAP.

Have fun showing some love for your favorite spot, not only with a poll vote (one per reader, please) but by leaving a great review and a positive rating on its Patch Directory page. Just click the highlighted names to see the directory page for each place in the contest.

The poll goes away after a few days, but the positive reviews and ratings stay forever — plus they count heavily in the contest judging. So if you love one (or more) of our contestants, be sure to leave a rating and a review.

Do you own or manage one of the businesses in our contest? Be sure to "claim" your listing; this allows you to customize the information that appears on our site and thank your loyal customers for the five-star ratings they give you.

Because this poll is not scientific, it is not the sole consideration in choosing a winner. The winner will be determined by the Patch editor, based on poll results, comments and reviews on the listings in our directory. Leave reviews for as many listing as you wish, but please vote only once per survey, per Patch. Complete contest rules are attached.

Here's your chance to tell share your recommendations. Vote in our poll and then visit the listing and give it a star rating. We will reveal our contest winner on Friday morning, so keep tabs on the Readers Choice contest all week long.

I went to the Smashburger in Novato & have to say that it was a disappointing experience. TheRead More burger was very mediocore & the onion rings were awful-very greasy. The staff were not friendly & operated with a "Bambi in the headlights" look about them. I do wish Smasburger luck in their locations. However, from my perspective there is a good deal of work that still needs to be done with the food, staff & service. At this time, "In & Out" Burger is a "hand's down favorite...thanks
