Yogurt Shop is a Hit, For Lease Signs Coming Down

It’s Official

Marin Yogurt Co. -- a.k.a. U-Top-It -- is officially open and is packed! If my husband and daughter’s three visits in the last 5 days are any indication, it is clearly a hit.  Not to mention the reported lines out the door.

Treasure Trouve

Signs in the window panes show that a new place is going into where used to be in Fairfax (see photo) called Trouve.  Don’t know a thing about it, but I will research and fill you all in when I know more!

Little Mannequins

Butterfly, which moved down the street, in Fairfax will be re-opening soon if the adorably clad miniature mannequins are a sign of anything.

Brown Paper Packages

The old Pink Geranium in between the Gelato shop and is covered up with brown paper and the For Lease sign is down. Wonder what will go inside!

Still Waiting

Nothing is happening with the old Debbie Does Dessert place, though the town still has a permit in for Bella Luna. Hope they open soon.

Maybe Something

Where Red Door Yoga used to be no longer has a For Lease sign on it either, but we’ll have to wait and see what might open up there. It is an idyllic setting for anything really.

Just Right

Office space open next to in San Anselmo could be just right for someone or some business.

No Word

Haven’t heard back from the owners of the soon-to-be bakery where the old video store used to be, but when I do you’ll be the first to know what and when, I promise!

Show Room Closing

, the corner design and construction building on Greenfield, is closing and with things marked 50-70 percent off. Now would be a great time to check out the goods for a future remodel.

White Out

I didn’t have time to stop in this dreadful weather, but the surf shop in Fairfax had the windows whitened out, I will report back next week as to what is happening.
