On behalf of Marin Holisitic Solutions, Marin County’s only surviving medical marijuana collective, I am asking for your help. May 31st our members are going to lose their headquarter space. Jeff Walter, city attorney, has told us that Corte Madera has denied our request for a minimal extension of time to find a new location.
If you are the owner of a commercial property looking for a responsible tenant and your property is at least 1,000 feet from a school or park, call us and let us know!
If your city or town has enacted a ban prohibiting the operation of a medical marijuana cooperative, collective, dispensary, operation or establishment or business for a group like ours, please let your elected representative know that you would welcome safe access to medical marijuana in your community.

The Board of Supervisors promised to implement Civil Grand Jury recommendations to support medical pot, yet there has been no change in the County Code. The failure of our elected officials to assume a leadership role on this issue will cause needless hardship for thousands of Marin residents suffering from cancer, MS, glaucoma, AIDS, fibromyalgia, and other serious, often terminal conditions and diseases for which their doctors have recommended the use of marijuana to ease their symptoms.
