San Anselmo home brewer looking for new brewing location, preferably in cool cellar. I have all the necessary equipment but am unable to brew in my own house partly due to space restrictions but mainly for the sake of domestic tranquility. If you have a suitable location for turning into a small brewery, I will teach you how to brew all-grain draught and bottled beers and share the output with you 50/50. I have been brewing my own beer for 30+ years and am a past president of the San Andreas Malts, the San Francisco home brewing club.
The ideal brewing location has access to running water, shelf storage space, and an area for washing bottles and other brewing equipment. Ideally, there should be an adjacent outside area where the boiling kettle can be located on its Propane gas burner.
I use traditional brewing methods based on domestic and European hops, malts and yeasts and brew English bitters, lagers, and (my current favorite) Belgian Saison Ales in small 10 gallon batches.
