Eldersgarden, Ross Valley Seniors and Birthday Parties!

Read about the Eldersgarden flowers, Ross Valley Seniors events and Birthday Parties through San Anselmo Recreation Department.

Eldersgarden News

The Eldersgarden volunteers are taking a summer vacation from work parties in the garden in August but visitors might want to come by and enjoy the garden on one of these sunny summer days.  There are some colorful blooms, including purple Echinaceas and a Lion's Tail (Leonotis leonurus) which is getting ready to bloom.  The Lion’s Tail is on the mound parallel to Veterans Place right next to the many Echinacea blooms.  Look for the showy, dense whorls of tubular orange flowers.

The volunteers would welcome anyone who wants to stop by and do some casual weeding, if you are so inclined.
