Why is Ms. Ginnold smiling? She just made a $100,000 mistake that the taxpayers are stuck with. Is she smiling as she is on her way to retirement with a pension that the taxpayer will have to pay for too! Ginnold should be shedding tears and asking for forgiveness!

...and Ms. Ginnold should be paying back the $100,000 she threw down the drain with our money.
