We can all be hard on ourselves. As growing young girls, with bodies changing and big emotions, cultivating self-love is easier with the proper tools and loving guidance.
To facilitate that, we have a VERY special Miracle Girls event coming up.
It is all about self-love, and how that same love can be used to enjoy/understand/love the world and everyone living in it.

On Saturday August 10th I hope to see all the Miracle Girls out for a Drum Circle with Jason K. Norris of Lucid Drum, water color painting and yoga class with Sarah Badorine, all done in the theme of self-love.
Before having a drum circle experience of my own, I had no idea of the healing power and the absolute joy this could bring. If you haven't experienced a drum circle before, check out this video to learn a little more what it is like and what it can do for the people doing it.

Miracle Girls is grateful and honored to be chosen for Lululemon's Meta Project. Which means, the nation wide athletic clothing store is recognizing our unique program and helping us to start a scholarship fund for girls who's families can't afford our camps and events.
This help will include a 3 person film crew coming to the Self-Love Event to make a short video that will be shown at a fund raiser event onOctober 13th at Yoga Tree. (So mark your calendars for that too). On Aug 10th you will be asked to sign a waiver stating that you are happy to let your daughter be in the video.
