1/17 Food Fights! What to Believe ~ there is so much confusion about what foods are best for your health and what diets work for your needs. Come get a dish of clarity!



1/24  Eating on a Budget: Quality vs Quantity ~ as much as we'd all love to eat local organically grown foods that have been lovingly tended by fair-haired maidens who sing ballads to the plants, we also need to watch the budget. Come learn which foods are safe and healthy and won't drain the bank account.
