Farallon Islands Whale Watch

Don’t miss one of the last two cruises of the season with Oceanic Society to the Farallon Islands National Wildlife Refuge. As you cruise on our Coast Guard-certified vessel, watch for albatross soaring behind the

boat, humpback whales feeding or dolphins bow riding. Recent wildlife sightings
have been exceptional. On Sunday, November 17th participants sighted
20 humpback whales and a pod of rare Risso’s dolphins. You may also see blue
whales, the largest animals on the planet. Our expert naturalist is on board to
help you spot the wildlife and explore our region’s unique marine ecology.
Weather and sea conditions are forecast to be beautiful this Sunday, November
24th; a perfect day to be out on the water. If Sunday doesn’t work,
we also have Saturday, November 30th available. To register call (415)
256-9941 or visit http://www.oceanicsociety.org/farallon islands season
