Marin Master Gardeners and The Garden Conservancy will be hosting a community education program for the public titled A Garden for All Seasons: Edibles on Saturday, September 28th from 9am - 4PM at Marin Art and Garden Center in Ross.
Come learn how to successfully incorporate fruits and vegetables into your garden.
This will be a fun filled day with authors, speakers, demonstrations and informational tables. An opportunity to learn more about seeds, propagation, composting, herbs, beneficial plants to accompany your edibles, herbs, conserving water in the garden and how to harvest your bounty.
A few other highlights will include bee keeping, raising chickens, owls as your gardens friend, a delicious tomato tasting and the opportunity to sign-up for a personal edible garden consultation with a master gardener.
