Habitat Restoration: Lake Lagunitas Broom Removal Saturday, January 18, 9 AM to Noon

The rains have come! This meteorological
shift signals behavior change in many species. For the humans who volunteer with
Marin open spaces it means weed wrenches and French broom pulling! Join us for
an invigoration Saturday morning removing this aggressive weed. Volunteers have
almost eradicated broom from the shore of Lake Lagunitas and, with your help;
we hope to pull all the persistent plants from this area in one morning. Meet
at the Lagunitas Parking area, at the end of Sky Oaks Rd off of Bolinas Road in
Fairfax. Parking passes will be provided.
