Productions in association with the Redwood High Community Education Program
will present ONCE ON THIS ISLAND at the Redwood High Little Theatre in
Larkspur.  Performances are on Thursday
through Saturday JULY 24, 25 & 26 at 7:30pm and Sunday JULY 27 at 5:00pm.

ONCE
ON THIS ISLAND, performed by young people from throughout Marin County,
is directed and choreographed by Marilyn Izdebski, with musical direction by
Judy Wiesen.          

ONCE
ON THIS ISLAND, written by the Tony Award winning team Stephen Flaherty
and Lynn Ahrens, is a captivating musical legend of romance between a peasant
girl and a rich boy from the city whom she saves from certain death.  This Caribbean tale opens on a
storm-tossed island where villagers comfort a frightened little girl with the
story of the orphan Ti Moune, destined to love too much for the human heart to
bear.
