Outdoor Fitness Class...FIRST CLASS FREE

Outdoor Fitness with Deirdra Rogers



Work out with local folks and get fit while having
fun!  Join our group of friendly, inclusive adults and see how much
fun exercising can be.  Men and women welcome, and we modify for all
levels.  Learn how to lunge and squat to strengthen your
legs.  Have trouble with pushups?  Start by pushing against
tables, then on your knees and finally on your toes …whatever you can do…and
you’ll get stronger.   We’ll work on core strength,
too.  Some classes add outside resistance…dumbbells, kettle bells and
medicine balls…to increase strength and power.  We work in one to
two-minute sprints or some jump roping to keep you huffing and puffing.  And,
to keep it fun and doable, we will have you work with a partner so you have
support and camaraderie.

Ongoing, Saturdays, 9-10 am, Manor School Kindergarten playground (behind school library). FIRST CLASS FREE...then $15 drop in.  Contact Deirdra at
