Saturday Fairfax Boot Camp

Drop in for $15 any Saturday this fall and get leaner and stronger doing fun workouts. The workouts use medicine balls, kettle bells, jump ropes, body weight exercises and much more in surprising and fun combinations. The workouts are always done with assigned partners to help you share the work and inspire you beyond your expectations.

Workouts can be modified for beginner to advanced

Wear athletic shoes; bring an exercise mat, towel and water
