Teen Ballet Class at Stapleton School

Beg/Int Teen Ballet Class

This is a perfect beginner class for teens that have had no experience in ballet; or a limited amount of experience (0-3 years). Class focuses on barre work to develop strength, moves to center floor work teaching positions of the body, and introduces students to ballet dance steps-broken down to simplest form. With commitment from students, this class will prepare students to move into higher levels of ballet at Stapleton School. This class also offers significant benefits to those pursuing other types of dance and activities such as gymnastics, musical theatre, etc.
