will be collecting donated food and toiletry items for care packages for the military serving in combat zones in front of the Safeway store in the Redhill Shopping Center in San Anselmo on Saturday, Nov. 5, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Members will provide you with a list of requested items before you start your shopping.
In addition, shoppers can participate in by making a $20 donation and a holiday stocking filled with snacks and toiletries will be shipped to a member of the military (the shoppers can also write a personal greeting to be sent with the stocking).

American Legion Auxiliary San Anselmo Unit 179 would appreciate your assistance in sending care packages and holiday stockings to the men and women who are risking their lives in service to our country.
