  • Zero Waste - this is a landfill free event!

For the craft this year, the kids will transform old holiday and greeting cards into festive garlands.  (Please bring any cards you would like to donate for this project to Jen Jones at the children’s corner.)

This craft faire has become a favorite Fairfax tradition to kick off the holiday season.  Sustainable Fairfax started the event many years ago with a small but enthusiastic group of crafts people, selling their wares under a pop tent in a driveway outside in the rain.  It was a hit, and in 2009 Fairfax Open Circle Arts (F.O.C.A.S) began co-sponsoring the event, contributing significantly to its growth and continued success.  All proceeds benefit these two important organizations.

Bring your family, your holiday cheer and, of course, your re-usable bags and see you on Saturday!

Click here to Volunteer!  Join in the fun and sign up to help for a couple hours. This is a great way for high school students to satisfy community service hour requirements.
