New Tamalpa Kid's Program

New!!  Announcing the Tamalpa Bobcats!

Introducing a brand new program spearheaded by Mary Churchill to help kids discover the joys of running while being coached by an exceptional group of Tamalpans who know a thing or two about running and motivation.

Whether your kids already love running or aren't quite sure about it yet, the Tamalpa Bobcats team is designed for 3 to 11 year olds to experience running in a fun, friendly atmosphere where the motto is, “Will run for worms! (gummy worms).

This non-competitive “open track” program is a great place for kids to run safely, use correct form, make friends, and build endurance.

Most of all, it's designed to empower kids to accomplish their goals and instill in them a lifelong love of running.

It’s also a great time for Mom and Dad to spend quality time with their kids and get in shape too. Parents are expected to spend this time with their children on the track (cheering, walking, jogging).

The program will conclude with the kids running in the Marin Memorial Day Race, choosing from 100 meters to the 5K.
