Alleged San Rafael Bank Robber Charged, Report Says

His two alleged accomplices are also charged.

Prosecutors on Monday filed charges against a San Rafael man accused of robbing a Terra Linda bank, the Marin Independent Journal reports.

Alphonso Miquel Pazos, 56, is facing robbery and burglary charges, the report said. He is accused robbing a CitiBank on 1004 Northgate Drive on Friday morning.

His two accomplices were charged as accessories, the report said.

Pazos is being held in on $75,000 bail, the report said.

Robert Bovero-Spina, 25, and 22-year-old Julia Susanne Benson (both of San Rafael) are free on bail, according to the report. Their arraignment is scheduled for Dec. 4.
