Blotter: The Neighbor Came in Through the (Bathroom?) Window

The Fairfax Police blotter for Dec. 5-9 includes a report of angry screaming and theft of a brand new mountain bike.

 

Sunday, Dec. 9 

Unwanted subject: 12:05 a.m. Iron Springs Pub & Brewery on Center Blvd. A female subject wearing all white was starting at them through the window while they were trying to work. Manager said it was an ongoing problem.

Hit-and-run: 11:56 a.m. Park Road. RP’s partner’s vehicle was hit sometime this morning. RP has a witness.

Through the window: 9:33 p.m. Taylor Drive. Neighbor just tried to come in her window. Determined to be a misunderstanding.

Saturday, Dec. 8

Disturbance: 2:04 a.m. Piper Lane. Report of a disturbance between a man and a woman. The man is saying “don’t hit me, don’t touch me, leave me alone.”

Screaming: 2:23 a.m. Creek Road. Reporting of angry-sounding screaming down by the bridge.

Citizen assist: 12:42 p.m. Pine Drive. RP is going to check on her property and would like an officer to stand by. She believes her ex might be staying underneath the house or in the studio. RP is in San Rafael now and will head to Fairfax after speaking with a Fairfax Police Department sergeant.

Loud TV: 8:55 p.m. Sherwood Oaks Apartments on Bolinas Road. Anonymous RP reported an ongoing noise issue with an excessively loud TV. RP believed they have a subwoofer that makes the walls shake. Officers responded and contacted the resident, who turned off the surround sound.

 

Friday, Dec. 7

Found property: 1:16 p.m. Center Blvd and Pacheco Avenue. Anonymous RP turned in three key chains he found in the street.

Hit-and-run: 3:56 p.m. Alhambra Circle. RP’s rear passenger door on his vehicle was hit sometime today. RP suspects it was the sanitary district.

Domestic issue: 5:18 p.m. Porteous Avenue. RP went to pick up her kids at the listed location and they are not there. RP believes her ex (kid’s father) has the kids. There is an agreement between the two that she would have them tonight. Ongoing domestic issue between the two.

Disturbance: 11:56 p.m. Washing Well on Center Blvd. A homeless man was harassing an anonymous RP. RP is no longer at the scene.

 

Thursday, Dec. 6

Vandalism: 11:07 a.m. Cascade Drive. Rear window of a station wagon was vandalized. RP is on her way to the PD to speak with an officer.

Stolen bike: 10:12 p.m. Love Court. A brand new mountain bike was stolen tonight. The cable lock was cut. Giant brand, Anthem model, black. Last seen around 6 p.m. RP just noticed it was missing. Valued at $1,800.

Suspicious circumstances: 10:16 p.m. San Miguel Court. It appeared someone attempted to pry the front door open. She is unsure if she wants to have a report at this time but she would like to talk to an officer.

 

Wednesday, Dec. 5

Citizen assist: 9:01 a.m. Spruce Road. RP requests an officer to come by and document some damage that was done to her house during last weekend’s storm.

Odor report: 3:16 p.m. Glen Drive. Odor report. Determined to be sewage in another jurisdiction.
