Man calls in bomb threat after around 50 harassing calls to a Pine Street business.

Authorities with the Twin Cities Police Authority and the San Anselmo Police responded to a bomb threat in San Anselmo Wednesday, according to an official with the San Anselmo Police Department.

A man called an architectural business in the 100 block of Pine Avenue roughly 50 times on Wednesday, making several inappropriate statements to the female staff, according to a San Anselmo Police Department press release. During his final phone call, he said a bomb had been placed inside the business, officials said. The business called the police around 3 p.m.

San Anselmo Police Sgt. Julie Gorwood said the business didn’t recognize the caller’s voice. “They haven’t any trouble with any clients of theirs. The activity only started that day.”
