Monday, Dec. 19

Suspicious Circumstances: There was a white bus at Fairfax Market at 7:40 a.m. Officers determined the complaint was unfounded.

Citizen Assist: Drake students were requesting to speak with an officer about community policing.

Theft: A resident’s wallet and cell phone was stolen out of his unlocked car parked at Fairfax Lumber and Hardware around 3 p.m.

Assist Outside Agency: A driver was involved in an accident and the car was at the Sherwood Oaks Apartments.

Tuesday, Dec. 20

Noise: There was an anonymous complain that construction had been going on since 7 a.m. on Valley Road.

Disturbance: A subject was causing a disturbance in the front lobby of the police department at 8:57 a.m.

With Subjects: An officer initiated activity at Broadway Avenue and Claus Drive at 9:47 a.m.

Welfare Check: After a verbal dispute, a resident walked into the front lobby and advised his wife was in “a rage” and was afraid she might hurt herself.

Suspicious Circumstances: A resident’s house was broken into sometime the day before on Napa Avenue. She noticed her clothes were thrown around and the shower curtain was pulled down. Nothing appears to be missing.

Animal: A pitbull wandered into a yard on Cascade Drive where a resident’s ten-year-old was playing at 2:53 p.m.

Citizen Assist: A resident was concerned about her elderly neighbor on Tamalpais Road. The neighbor said his phone was no longer working and he cannot call out.

Driving without a License: An officer initiated activity on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 5:12 p.m.

Accident – No Injury: There was a two car accident at the Fairfax Market at 6:49 p.m.

Wednesday, Dec. 21

Sleeper: An officer initiated activity on Bolinas Road at 2:45 a.m.

Found: An American Express card and a Union Bank card were found separately and brought in.

Suspicious Circumstances: A resident saw a subject climb out of a covered car in front of a residence on Belle Avenue at 9:50 a.m. The owner of the car is currently in the hospital.

Assist Outside Agency: A pickup truck was leaking gas on Hillside Drive and the fire department requested help identifying the owner.

Thursday, Dec. 22

Warrant Traffic: A subject was arrested for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant at Bank of America at 10:45 a.m.

Welfare Check: A welfare check was requested on a Fairfax resident on Ridgeway Avenue at 11:01 a.m.

Traffic Complaint: A resident was struck by two cyclists riding on the sidewalk at Fair Anselm.

Driving Under the Influence: A resident reported a hit and run to her carport on Bolinas Road.

Suspicious Circumstances: A truck that was far too big for the road was trying to go up Bay Road from Scenic Road at 6:10 p.m. The resident told the driver he was likely to get a ticket if an officer saw him and the driver left quickly.

Theft: A dog house was stolen from in front of a house on Mountain View Road between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Hazard: Looks like someone threw a bucket of paint in the road on Mono Avenue.

Disturbance: A child was yelling and crying at the Sherwood Oaks Apartments at 8:31 p.m. A parent was yelling at the child. Officers determined it was a child having a temper tantrum.

Friday, Dec. 23

Citizen Assist: There was an accidental residential lockout on Bolinas Road with a small child inside.

Driving Under the Influence: There was a possible DUI driver on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 3:45 p.m. that initially came out of the San Geronimo Golf Course and then sped over White’s Hill and pulled into Fairfax Market.

Hazard: A resident saw two cyclists run a red light on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard with two young children on the back of the bikes.

Theft: A resident came into the police station to report someone broke into his car while he was walking his dog.

Noise: A resident wanted advice about a noise problem.

Theft: A resident’s friend was helping him move in on Deuce Court and when the resident got out of the car then the woman drove away with the victim’s belongings.

Noise: A band was playing all night on School Street. The resident was frustrated because prior warnings didn’t produce any results.

Saturday, Dec. 24

Disturbance: An officer initiated activity at Nave’s at 2:22 a.m. There was a fight, but one party left before the officers arrived.

Sleeper: There was a sleeper in front of Nave’s at 3:07 a.m.

Assist Outside Agency: There was a broken water main on Inyo Avenue and the asphalt was being damaged.

Unwanted Subject: A subject was ranting outside Frog’s at 3:23 p.m.

Barking Dog: A dog was barking on Frustuck Avenue at 5:54 p.m.

Suspicious Circumstances: A person was knocking on a door on Dominga Avenue at 7:09 p.m. and had been for five minutes. Officers determined the sound was a neighbor closing some paint cans.

Suspicious Circumstances: A resident heard talking in a vacant unit next door on Bolinas Road at 10:26 p.m.

Lost: A resident had two white plastic folding chairs fall from her car sometime during the day between Olema Road and Pastori.

Sunday, Dec. 25

Suspicious Circumstances: Two men in dark clothing were looking at a building by the Mono lot at 2:57 a.m.

Animal: A dog ran away on Bolinas Road at 6:10 p.m.

Shots Fired: Possible gunshots were heard at Hillside Drive and Crest Road at 7:17 p.m.
