Fairfax Man Arrested on Suspicion of Assault with a Deadly Weapon in Car Attack

The incident allegedly occurred in Novato on Sunday night.

A Fairfax man was arrested for allegedly ramming his car into another car during a fight in Novato on Sunday night, police said.

Officers located Alexander Parlato, 26, driving his car in the area of Diablo Avenue around 10:45 p.m.

Parlato's car, which had significant damage and a flat tire, is believed to have been used in a fight, causing minor injury and damage, police said.

The victim refused medical treatment.

An investigation determined that Parlato rammed his car into another car during the fight.

He was arrested and booked into Marin County Jail on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.
