Fairfax Police: Assault at the Pavilion, woman believes she was drugged at club

Sunday, Sept. 12

Assault: Someone was heard saying, "These guys just tried to kill me" and there was the sound of breaking glass at the Pavilion at 12:35 a.m. An arrest was made.

Disturbance: Several subjects were involved in a verbal argument that looked like it could become physical on Mono Avenue at 10:10 a.m.

Lost: A resident left her purse at Pancho Villa's the night before and it is gone now.

Noise: There was an anonymous complaint of a subject playing his radio loudly and being loud outside Fairfax Variety at 1:32 p.m.

Accident: There was an accident involving several cars on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 5:22 p.m. One of the drivers wanted the child in his passenger seat medically checked, but there were no injuries.

Vandalism: The planter boxes at the School Street Plaza were vandalized.

Saturday, Sept. 11

Unwanted Subject: A subject who had been asked to leave 19 Broadway five hours earlier returned at 2:28 a.m. Officers abated the man.

Theft: A resident at the Marin Alliance Merchandise on Scenic Road awakened at 2:30 a.m. to the motion detector alarm indicating one person was on the property.

Driving on a Suspended License: At a traffic stop at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Oak Manor Drive at 7:14 a.m. a driver was found to be driving on a suspended license. The driver was cited and released.

Noise: A subject was yelling and screaming and playing a boom box loudly at Bolinas Road and Broadway Avenue at 9:30 a.m.

Disturbance: There was a fight between two men on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 10:53 p.m. The resident that reported it was very evasive and adamant that officers not respond.

Theft: A woman reported that she was drugged and had items stolen from her the night before at 19 Broadway.

Juvenile Problems: A woman reported a group of juveniles skateboarding on the steps at St. Rita's and when she asked them to leave they were rude to her.

Public Intoxication: An officer initiated activity at the Parkade at 6:55 p.m. and an arrest was made.
