Sleeper: 15:41 Occurred on Lansdale Av, San Anselmo. Report of a subject living in his vehicle. Disposition: Verbal Warning.

Vehicle Accident - Non Injury: 17:38 Occurred at Good Earth Natural Foods on Center Bl., Fairfax. Three-car collision. One air bag deployed. All passengers out of their cars. Disposition: gone on arrival.

Fraud - ID Theft / Checks: 17:51 Occurred on Spruce Rd, Fairfax. Fraud report taken for an incident that occurred in 2006. Disposition: Report Taken.

Stolen Vehicle: 17:57 Occurred at Good Earth Natural Foods on Center Bl., Fairfax. Second hand report of an RP stating their car "was taken." Officer responded, checked the area was UTL (unable to located) the RP (reporting person). Disposition: GOA (gone on arrival)/UTL. 

Disturbance: 19:44 Occurred at Willow Apartments on Willow Av., Fairfax. RP advises his neighbor is yelling/ranting and possibly on drugs. Officers responded, determined that the subject had been drinking but that no crime had been committed. Disposition: Verbal Warning.

Warrant Criminal: 20:35 Occurred at Shady Brook Apartments on Merwin Av., Fairfax. 911 report of an unwanted subject who broke a window last night and now will not leave the property. Subject was arrested and booked to Marin County Jail for a warrant, resisting arrest, assaulting an officer, vandalism and probation violation. Disposition: Arrest Made. 

Danger to Self/Others/Gravely Disabled: 21:39 Occurred at Willow Apartments on Willow Av., Fairfax. 911 report of a subject yelling and screaming. Officers responded and transported the subject Unit B for a 72-hour hold. Disposition: Arrest Made.

 

Thursday, June 27 

Parking Complaint: 09:42 Occurred on Mitchell Dr, Fairfax. RP requested that a vehicle be cited for parking in a red zone and within 15' of a fire hydrant. Disposition: Citation Issued.

Vandalism: 10:49 Occurred on Forrest Av, Fairfax. No Parking sign has been bent towards the ground. RP thinks juveniles may have done it.

Assist Outside Agency: 13:27 Occurred on Mono Av, Fairfax. Via scanner, report of a broken gas main, at the box, at the listed residence.

Lost/Stolen: 15:25 Occurred on Azalea Av, Fairfax. RP stated that he lost his iPod Touch somewhere in Fairfax on 06-26-13. Disposition: Log EntryOnly.

Citizen Assist: 15:41 Occurred at Shady Brook Apartments on Merwin Av., Fairfax. RP reported a dispute between her juvenile daughter and other residents at the complex. Officers contacted and counselled the involved parties regarding their disagreement. Disposition: Service Provided. 

Hazard: 17:21 Occurred on Bay Rd, Fairfax. TREE ACROSS THE ROADWAY. Disposition: Outside Assist.

Suspicious Circumstances: 17:42 Occurred at Dons Market on Sir Francis Drake Bl., Fairfax. RP reported that an unknown person left a suitcase, labeled "free," next to their propane tank. Disposition: Service Provided.

Welfare Check: 21:11 Occurred at Care Meridian on Sir Francis Drake Bl., Fairfax. MCSO received a 911 call from someone at this address who stated they did not have an emergency but thought their phone was saying to call 911. RP requested a welfare check. Disposition: Handled by Phone.

Noise Complaint: 23:55 Occurred on Westbrae Dr, Fairfax. RP can hear loud music and rowdy people, presumably from a party. Disposition: Responsibles advised of complaint.

 

Friday, June 28

Tree Down: 00:22 Occurred on Rockridge Rd, Fairfax. Large tree down. Fell from across the street on Rockridge and is blocking the roadway. RP advised it didn't land on anything other than the road. Disposition: Service Provided.

Driving Under the Influence: 02:54 Officer initiated activity at Fairfax Plaza, Center Bl, Fairfax. EAST LOT. Subject arrested and booked for Driving Under the Influence. Disposition: Arrest Made.

Juvenile Problem: 10:35 Occurred at Perrys Delicatessen #3 on Sir Francis Drake Bl., Fairfax. RP reported three 13-year-old juveniles skateboarding on the sidewalk.

Suspicious Circumstances: 11:10 Occurred at Tamalpais Rd/Manor Rd, Fairfax. The RP advised there are two HMAs in an extended white van, driving up and down the streets, taking pictures of houses. Disposition: Service Provided.

Parking Complaint: 13:29 Occurred on Wood Ln, Fairfax. RP advised there are illegally parked cars on the street due to a large gathering at Deer Park. The RP said that a fire truck could not get through, and people at the stables can not hook up their horse trailers. Disposition: Service Provided.

Citizen Assist: 14:59 Occurred at Fairfax Police Department on Bolinas Rd., Fairfax. Citizen responded to FPD for fingerprinting.

Generic Fire Call/Not Specified: 18:01 Occurred at Second Floor on Bolinas Rd., Fairfax. Citizen walk in advised of a fire in the apartments on Bolinas Rd. The fire was found to be a bar-b-que. Disposition: Unfounded.

Parking Complaint: 20:41 Officer initiated activity at Fairfax Theatre, Broadway, Fairfax.

Theft: 23:21 Occurred at Dons Market on Sir Francis Drake Bl., Fairfax. RP reported catching juveniles attempting to shoplift. One took off and the other is on scene. No property was removed from the store. Officers contacted both juveniles.
