Fairfax Police: Dead Dog, Public Intoxication, Man Screaming

Friday, June 3

Noise: A neighbor was playing his guitar loudly on an outside deck on Pine Drive at 3:33 a.m.

Animal: Two medium-sized dogs were barking inside a locked sedan at Dominga Avenue and Creek Road at 8:21 a.m.

With Subjects: A resident flagged down an officer advising of a transient inside the property of the Beach House.

Barking Dogs: Dogs had been barking for a few hours on Pine Drive at 12:23 p.m.

Animal: There was a dead dog in the gutter at Park Road and Wreden Avenue at 12:33 p.m.

Threats: A resident had been receiving threatening letters in the mail.

Suspicious Circumstances: There was a report of a subject jumping around in the road at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Oak Manor Drive at 4:45 p.m.

Suspicious Circumstances: A man was heard screaming and glass breaking from the front of Yoga Mountain Studio.

Trespassing: An officer initiated activity at Peri’s at 11:25 p.m.

Noise: Nave’s had their door open at 11:38 p.m.

Saturday, June 4

Harassing Phone Calls: A resident received a number of harassing calls.

Disturbance: There was a secondhand report of an altercation in front of 19 Broadway at 1:28 a.m.

Disturbance: An unwanted person was causing a disturbance on Broadway Avenue and employees were trying to remove him from the premise at 7:05 p.m.

Sunday, June 5

Noise: A subject was playing a trumpet on Bolinas Road at 2:31 a.m.

Trespassing: A resident has ongoing problems with a neighbor walking his dog across her property on Wreden Avenue.

Suspicious Circumstances: A resident reported that her son brought home a beer bottle he found in front of Peri’s the night before.

Public Intoxication: A subject was arrested and booked for public intoxication at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Claus Drive at 7:17 p.m.

Lost/Stolen: A resident on Scenic Road said she was missing two dogs. Later in the evening, officers located the dogs and the owner responded to retrieve them.

Suspicious Circumstances: An officer initiated activity at School Street Plaza at 10:25 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A man had been yelling outside a complex on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 10:27 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A subject was arrested and booked for public intoxication on Mono Avenue at 11:02 p.m.

Trespassing: A subject was contacted on a property on Bolinas Road at 11:48 p.m. and warned for trespassing and abated.

Monday, June 6 

Animal: There was a small dead baby deer on the side of the road on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard.

Drug Violation: Two subjects were sitting near the rear of Peri’s smoking a water pipe at 12:11 p.m. and an arrest was made.

Barking Dog: There was a report of a dog barking for 30 minutes on Spruce Road.

Town Code Violation: Three subjects were cited for an open container at the Pavilion at 7:46 p.m.

Noise: A band was practicing for hours on Park Road.

Suspicious Vehicle: An officer initiated activity on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 10:14 p.m.
