Driving on a Suspended License: A driver was cited on Arroyo Road at 9:21 a.m.

Unwanted Subject: There was an unwanted subject at Fairfax Lumber at 12:54 p.m.

Citizen Assist: A resident was painting at the Pavilion and left the water running the kitchen and locked herself out. She just remembered that she had done so and wanted the police to turn the water off for her.

Citizen Assist: There was a dispute between housemates at the Buckelew House over money that was owed.

Suspicious Vehicle: There was a van sitting idle in the coin car wash at 7:58 p.m. and it was believed there might be someone sleeping in it.

Insanity Case: A resident reported that he and his father were attacked by his girlfriend on Pacheco Avenue at 9:10 p.m. An arrest was made.

Tuesday, Dec. 7

Citizen Assist: A woman needed to get her elderly mother in the car for a medical appointment and needed assistance. There was no emergency and the call was transferred to the fire department.

Suspicious Vehicle: An officer stopped to check an occupied vehicle at the closed Albertson's at 10:56 a.m.

Suspicious Vehicle: A briefcase had been left on the roof of a car on Geary Avenue. An officer located the owner of the car.

Citizen Assist: A woman needed to get her elderly mother back into bed after her medical appointment. It was transferred to the fire department.

Animal Complaint: A man who lived at the Marin Alliance Merchandising on Scenic Road had a leash in his hand and was looking for his dogs at 4:52 p.m. Dogs were located and returned.

Vandalism: Three juveniles were egging cars by the post office.

Domestic Violence: There was a domestic violence dispute between a man and a woman on Pacheco Avenue at 8:44 p.m. An arrest was made.

Public Intoxication: Two subjects were loitering at the Robinhood Apartments at 11:44 p.m. One knocked on the resident's door and appeared intoxicated. An arrest was made.

Monday, Dec. 6

Suspicious Circumstances: A car backed into the front door of the Fairfax Market at 12:16 a.m. and appears suspicious.

Suspicious Circumstances: A resident wants to meet with an officer to discuss the inappropriate behavior by a caregiver of her child at the Creekside Apartments.

Noise: A resident was awakened at 7 a.m. by a leaf blower at the Fairfax French Laundry and Cleaner. She spoke with him, but would also like the police to speak with him and inform him of the ordinance.

Driving on a Suspended License: A driver was cited at Oak Manor Drive and Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 2:35 p.m.

Driving on a Suspended License: An officer initiated activity at Center Boulevard and Pastori Avenue at 3:53 p.m.

Fraud: A resident responded to an online ad and subsequently received a check with a request for cash back. They cashed the check and paid out the cash only to learn later the check was no good.

Civil Problem: A resident was having an argument with a housemate on Main Court at 5:08 p.m. and wanted a call from an officer.

Suspicious Circumstances: A woman's daughter was at dance class at Roco when another student told her daughter than a man had been photographing her through the window.

Disturbance: A resident wanted advice about the living situation with his roommate. He stated that he flipped out today and put his hands on her.

Barking Dog: There were dogs barking for an hour at 9:48 p.m. at Marin Alliance Merchandise on Scenic Road.
