Monday, Dec. 12

Driving on a Suspended License: An officer initiated activity at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Cordone Drive at 6:19 a.m. and a citation was issued.

With Subjects: An officer initiated activity at the 7-11 at 8:36 a.m.

With Subjects: An officer initiated activity with a subject in the alley off Mono Avenue at 10:13 a.m.

With Subjects: An officer initiated activity on Broadway Avenue at 12:35 p.m.

Warrant Criminal: An officer initiated activity on San Gabriel Drive at 12:39 p.m., but it was unfounded.

Garbage: Outside the theater, a construction worker was power washing garbage and debris into a drain.

Public Intoxication: Several subjects were involved in a fistfight at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Marin Road at 11:17 p.m.

Tuesday, Dec. 13

Theft: Christmas lights on the bushes outside St. Rita’s were stolen during the night.

Found: A girl’s shirt and some miscellaneous records were found at Fairfax Park at 8:45 a.m.

Trespassing: Sunday night a subject drove into the Marin Town and Country Club, did donuts and drove out.

Assist Outside Agency: Officers assisted the San Rafael Police Department with a probation search.

Unwanted Subject: An irate customer was yelling at the owner of Butterfly Tots to Tweens at 12:13 p.m.

Animal: There was a dead cat on the side of Porteous Avenue at 8:25 p.m.

Unwanted Subject: A resident’s son was at the house refusing to leave at 10:10 p.m.

Wednesday, Dec. 14

Driving Under the Influence: An officer initiated activity at Suffield Avenue and Butterfield Drive at 1:33 a.m. and an arrest was made.

Miscellaneous Service: Smoke was seen coming from the chimney of a house on Willow Avenue on a Spare the Air Day.

Traffic: A tree trimming truck was blocking the road on Bolinas Road at 10:35 a.m.

Skateboarding Violation: An officer initiated activity with subjects at Bolinas and Broadway at 12:36 p.m.

Citizen Assist: A resident wanted advice on a situation her daughter was having with her neighbor.

Assist Outside Agency: The sheriff’s office is looking for a subject who shot a pellet gun from his car in downtown Fairfax.

Theft: A resident reported a theft involving threats on Meernaa Avenue.

Noise: There was an ongoing problem with a band practicing late into the evening on School Street.

Found: An officer found a street sign that read “Frustuck Avenue.

Thursday, Dec. 15

Noise: Loud music behind a bar on Bolinas Road was keeping a resident awake at 3:52 a.m.

Animal: There were two dogs in a car with the windows up outside the florist on Broadway Avenue.

Suspicious Person: There was a verbal warning to a suspicious person
