Sunday, April 3

Trespassing: A subject was shaking the back door of 19 Broadway, trying to get in, at 2:43 a.m.

Sleeper: An officer initiated activity at the rear of the Pavilion at 3:26 a.m. and gave a verbal warning.

Suspicious Circumstances: The lights were on at the field equipment room at Lefty Gomez Field at 5:33 a.m.

Disturbance: There was a road rage incident between a driver and a cyclist at the Fairfax Library at 2:12 p.m. An anonymous resident reported it.

Public Intoxication: An intoxicated subject was standing in the middle of the street on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 8:29 p.m.

Saturday, April 2

Juveniles: There was a group of juveniles gathered on the bridge on Bridge Court making a lot of noise at 12:16 a.m.

Noise: There was an anonymous report of a loud group gathered in the parking lot of the 7-11 on Bolinas Road at 12:22 a.m.

Disturbance: There was a physical fight between two men in the parking lot of the Oak Manor 7-11 at 2:39 a.m.

Welfare Check: There was an initial complaint of a dog barking on and off through the night on Belle Avenue, but when the resident knocked on the owner’s door no one answered and that’s not like the owner.

Disturbance: There was a man on Park Road screaming at a woman inside a car at 11:34 a.m.

Animal Complaint: There was a dog running loose in Peri Park.

Theft: A file was left in the bathroom at the Fairfax Library at 2:27 p.m. and when the owner went back 10 minutes later it was gone.

Warrant Traffic: An officer as out with a subject, who had three outstanding warrants on Sequoia Road at 6:47 p.m. The subject was arrested and booked into the county jail.

Found: An iPod was found at Fairfax Scoop and a wallet was found at the Upper Pavilion parking lot.

Hazard: There was a water main break on the easement between two residences on Scenic Road at 11:36 p.m. 

Friday, April 1

Suspicious Vehicle: An officer initiated activity on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 12:24 a.m.

Vandalism: A garage door was vandalized sometime overnight on Porteous Avenue.

Suspicious Vehicle: There was a suspicious vehicle on Meernaa Avenue at 11:06 a.m.

Town Code Violation: There was a complaint of a subject playing an amplified electric guitar in front of Fat Angel Bakery at 12:01 p.m.

Welfare Check: A subject called from Southern California and was concerned about a text message he received from his sister, who may be at a ranch in West Marin.

Noise: There were loud musicians, one by Fairfax Variety and one by Fat Angel, at 2:28 p.m.

Skateboarding: Two juveniles were skateboarding behind the post office at 4:43 p.m.

Suspicious Circumstance: A child was left unattended in a car at Delano’s.

Suspicious Person: A man asked a resident for money outside Revolution 9 and then threatened the resident.

Barking Dog: A dog on Sequoia Road was barking for 30 minutes at 6:21 p.m.

With Subjects: An officer initiated activity at the Parkade at 6:55 p.m. and an arrest was made.

Barking Dog: A dog at a unit above on Spruce Road was barking excessively at 7:03 p.m.

Warrant: An arrest was made at the Parkade at 8:22 p.m.

Public Intoxication: There was a subject laying down, possibly passed out, in the parking lot across the street from the police department at 8:47 p.m. An arrest was made.

Thursday, March 31

Suspicious Vehicle: An officer initiated activity at the Bank of America at 2:18 a.m.

Animal Complaint: A resident reported that a pitbull charged him and a friend at Wreden and Frustuck Avenues at 11:17 a.m.

Vandalism: A subject was observed cutting the chain at the end of Glen Drive with bolt cutters at 2:18 p.m.

Meet the Citizen: A resident received a suspicious lottery check in the mail and would like advice.

Citizen Assist: A resident found drugs in his residence, which he believes belong to his daughter, and would like advice.

Suspicious Person: A man with no shirt was hitting himself with a brick at Fairfax Park at 6:17 p.m.

Suspicious Person: A subject was screaming and kicking at Peri’s at 6:29 p.m.
