Animal Complaint: Report of a raccoon stuck behind a refrigerator. Service provided at 5:28 a.m.

Theft Reported: Pine Drive resident reported his roommate took his credit card and has not returned it. Unfounded. 9:41 a.m.

Public Intoxication: Officer flagged down a citizen for public intoxication at School and Park Rd. in Fairfax. Arrest made, 1 p.m.

Suspicious Circumstances. Reports of subject aggressively panhandling on Parkade Steps on Sir Francis Drake Blvd at Claus Dr. Officer gave verbal warning. 5:40 p.m.

Noise Complaint: Subject on Portcous Ave. was reported as jackhammering in front of residence. Responsible parties were advised of complain. 6:59 p.m.

Animal Complaint: Deer was hit by a car at Iron Springs Pub and Brewery on Center Blvd. The deer was not found, unknown if still in the area. 8:49 p.m.

Wednesday, Sept. 28

Lost / Stolen: A lost passport was reported downtown at Bolinas Rd. and Broadway. 11:27 a.m.

Suspicious Circumstances: Resident of Live Oak Ave. complains a man is on her property; he says he is working there and refuses to say anything further. 1:35 p.m.

Traffic Compliant: On the 100 block of Bolinas Rd., a walk-in complaint of Farmer’s Market vendors double-parked forcing drivers to cross over double-yellow line to get past. 3:08 p.m.

Lost / Stolen: Report of a lost or misplaced computer bag on Bolinas Rd. 4:20 p.m.

Car Burglary: Report of a resident’s car broken into at Fairfax Market on Sir Francis Drake Blvd; no suspects were seen. 5:51 p.m.

Parking Complaint: Anonymous complaint of a black pickup blocking the roadway on Frustuck Ave. 6:36 p.m.

Noise Complaint: Anonymous complaint of the music level being too loud at the Public Market. Complained deemed unfounded. 7:00 p.m.

Parking Complaint: On Rocca Dr., an anonymous report of a vehicle parked at same location for 4 days. Disposed as unfounded. 7:04 p.m.

Juvenile Problem: A group of juveniles at the creek bridge at Dominga Ave. and Creek Rd. were reported as causing trouble. Service provided. 7:30 p.m.

Animal Complaint: An injured deer was reported in the bike lane on Sir Francis Drake Blvd and removed. 8:20 p.m.
