Fairfax Police: Motorcycle burning on Forrest Avenue, dozen of cars keyed

Monday, Sept. 13

Drug Violation: A subject was arrested for drug paraphernalia and violation of probation at Center Boulevard and Pacheco Avenue at 1:24 a.m.

Fire: There were numerous calls of a garage fire on Valley Road at 1:35 a.m.

Driving without a License: At a traffic stop at Olema Road and Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 8:28 a.m., a driver was found to be driving without a license.

Accident: There was a collision between a PG&E truck and a fire engine at Frustruck Avenue and Willow Lane at 11:37 a.m.

Unwanted Subject: There was a subject playing loud music at the Parkade with all his belongings spread out around him at 12:11 p.m.

Unwanted Subject: There was a subject walking up and down Broadway Avenue yelling and screaming at 1:35 p.m.

Juvenile: There was a young child, with no parents around, running towards St. Rita's School at 3:26 p.m.

Vandalism: A resident's car was keyed sometime overnight on Willis Lane.

Fraud: A resident on Meernaa Avenue has received mail regarding a false lawsuit against him and asking for money for the defense.

Public Intoxication: A subject was arrested at the rear of the Pavilion for public intoxication.

Fire: There was a motorcycle burning in a driveway on Forrest Avenue at 9:29 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A subject was passed out on the rear of the patio at 19 Broadway at 9:40 p.m. An arrest was made.

Arson: A subject was attempting to start a fire in the alley to the rear of the smoke shop at Mono Avenue and Bolinas Road at 9:49 p.m.

Tuesday, Sept. 14

Vandalism: There were nearly a dozen reports of cars being keyed on Bolinas Road, Forrest Avenue, Hickory Road, Bolinas Road, Porteous Avenue, Creek Road, and Meerna Avenue.

Suspicious Person: A man was sleeping in a redwood grove in a tent with a motorcycle parked nearby at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Mitchell Drive at 8:24 a.m.

Disturbance: A resident and his roommate on Park Road were involved in a heated argument the Friday before and the resident wanted it documented because of previous incidents.

Shots Fired: What sounded like a gunshot was heard was reported on Hickory Road at 3:17 p.m.

Disturbance: A subject was yelling obscenities and making rude gestures to passersby at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Claus Drive at 7:24 p.m.

Warrant Criminal: Assistance was requested by Berkeley Police Department with a warrant criminal at the Shady Brook Apartments and an arrest was made at 8:15 p.m.
