Thursday, March 24

Tree Down: There was a tree down on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 7:31 a.m.

Tree Down: There was a tree down on Mountain View Avenue at 8:19 a.m., with traffic backing up.

Wire Down: Power lines were in the roadway on Chest Avenue at 8:29 a.m.

Tree Down: A large tree fell and tore up part of the roadway on Spring Lane at 8:55 a.m.

Tree Down: A large tree fell on two cars on Ridge Road at 10:31 a.m.

Flooding: The road and sidewalk in front of the Barefoot Café was flooding at 10:45 a.m.

Flooding: The barricade by the creek on Meernaa Avenue was overflowing and water was running into the street at 10:53 a.m.

Flooding: Forrest Avenue and Scenic Road were both experiencing flooding.

Mud Slides: There was a rock slide on Forrest Avenue and a small mud slide on Madrone Road.

Sleeper: A subject was sleeping on a stone bench at Scenic and Bay Roads at 3:41 p.m.

Hazard: There was a car parked in the middle of the road at Scenic Road and Shapiro Lane at 7:17 p.m.

Insanity: A resident reported that her son has been acting more and more paranoid and taken to carrying a knife with him.

Wednesday, March 23

Theft: A couple of people were taking a “no turn” sign out of the ground on Blackberry Lane at 12:55 a.m. An arrest was made.

Welfare Check: A man was outside a bar on Broadway Road asking for someone to call the police at 2:10 a.m.

Accident – No Injury: A delivery truck went through a fence on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 4:23 a.m. and it was jammed against the residence.

Burglary: Two screens on windows were down at the Graphic Source and the back window was open at 6:14 a.m.

Burglary: For Paws was burglarized at the same time as another business in the building.

Barking Dog: A dog was barking from 7 to 9:30 a.m. on Scenic Road.

Welfare Check: A resident requested a welfare check on a tenant at the Creekside Apartments, because the subject hasn’t been answering the doors and hasn’t been seen in a few days.

Restraining Order Violation: A subject was in a residence, in violation of a restraining order, recently leaving objects in the mailbox.

Suspicious Circumstances: A resident reported that a subject she believed was trying to scam her called back with a different name.

Tree: A tree fell across the road on Scenic Road.

Assault: Officers responded to a report of a fight between family members on Meernaa Avenue at 3:48 p.m. An arrest was made.

Smart Meters: A resident reported seeing a PG&E truck with smart meters in it on Main Court.

Welfare Check: A resident requested a welfare check on a female friend, who was going through a difficult break-up.

Suspicious Vehicle: There was a suspicious car with an active alarm at the Fairfax Market at 11:46 p.m.

Tuesday, March 22

Suspicious Circumstances: A resident saw a glow in the roadway on Bolinas Road at 6:41 a.m. and called the fire department.

Miscellaneous Service: An officer spoke with a resident at White Hill regarding online bullying.

Sleeper: There was a subject sleeping in a car on Mono Avenue at 2:58 p.m. The subject had previously caused problems for a resident and had been served a no trespassing order and the resident wanted the subject abated.

Animal: A resident on Madrone Road was concerned about her neighbor’s dogs being out in the rain.

Tree Down: There was a tree down on Laurel Drive. 

Monday, March 21

Found: A resident found contraband on the side of the road at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Marin Road at 12:47 a.m.

Driving on a Suspended License: An officer initiated activity on Center Boulevard at 9:45 a.m.

Animal: A resident reported seeing a mountain lion at the top of the Deer Park trail in the morning.

Theft: A resident’s wallet was stolen at a business on Bolinas Road on Saturday.

Lost: A resident lost the key to their car at the Parkade and is unable to move it, so requested an overnight parking exemption.

Welfare Check: A resident wanted officers to attempt to contact and check the welfare of a minor child, who was not dropped off at school in the morning per a custody agreement.

Suspicious Circumstances: A resident reported that she saw a subject, who she believed was one-time a registered sex offender, walking with a child.

Disturbance: There were two walk-in reports of a subject yelling at a woman in a parked car at the Parkade at 11 p.m. It was determined they were yelling on the phone, not at the woman.
