Welfare Check: A welfare check was requested on a Fairfax resident on Live Oak Avenue.
Animal Complaint: A dog was running loose in the area of Kent Avenue at 11:18 a.m.
Found: A Ford car key was turned in, found at Center Boulevard and Pacheco Avenue.
Town Code Violation: A boy was firing something off his deck on Creek Road at 1:51 p.m., appears to be a BB gun.
Meet the Citizen: A resident surrendered three firearms on Wood Lane.

Citizen Assist: A woman locked her son in her rental car on Upper Ridgeway and needed help getting him out.
Domestic Violence/Disturbance: An incident occurred on Scenic Road at 2:13 p.m.
Suspicious Vehicle: An officer initiated activity at Day Caring Preschool at 9:43 p.m.
Monday, May 16
Suspicious Vehicle: An officer initiated activity the Fairfax Car Wash at 12:26 a.m.
Public Intoxication: A subject was arrested for public intoxication at Bank Street and Elsie Lane at 2:57 a.m. and was transported to Helen Vine Detox.
Accident – Non-Injury: There was a non-injury accident on Olema Road at 10:40 a.m.
Suspicious Person: The merchant at Fairfax Variety advised of a subject who had come in earlier in the day and tried to use a credit card he said was his mother’s. He was from Austria.
Accident – Non-Injury: There was an accident involving a postal truck and another car at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Marin Road at 3:31 p.m., blocking the road.
Harassing Phone Calls: A woman found items in her mailbox on Willow Avenue and believes they were left by a person she has a restraining order against.
Suspicious Circumstances: The front door of a residence on Arrowwood Lane was wide open at 7:38 p.m. and there was a beeping noise coming from inside.
Theft: There was an identity theft report on Mono Avenue.
