Fairfax Police: Shots fired on Pine Drive, juveniles drinking behind Bennett House

Friday, Sept. 3

Disturbance: A resident got into a verbal argument with her boyfriend at 3:44 a.m. and would like to speak with an officer.

Suspicious Vehicle: There was a subject sleeping in a car on Claus Drive at 4:16 a.m.

Shots Fired: Two separate callers reported four shots fired at the end of Pine Drive at 12:48 p.m.

Theft: An unknown subject took a bag of dirty diapers that were awaiting diaper pickup from Bolinas Road.

Juvenile Problem: There was a report of approximately a dozen juveniles headed up the hill behind Bennett House with alcohol at 9:19 p.m.

Skateboarding Violation: An officer initiated activity at Claus Drive and Broadway Avenue at 9:49 p.m.

Thursday, Sept. 2

Theft: A former resident reported that civil papers were taken from her briefcase by a former roommate.

Insanity Case: A subject called 9-1-1 repeatedly ranting and raving about being harassed by government officials.

Suspicious Vehicle: A suspicious vehicle pulled into the neighborhood on Vista Way at 3:49 a.m., sat there for a few minutes, then drove away.

Theft: A resident reported that she had a contract with the person who bought her residence to leave certain items of her on the property in storage. She checked on it and found a number of items missing.

Suspicious Vehicle: Three suspicious subjects dropped off a car on School Street the day before. The resident believes it is a stolen car. One of the subjects lied about why he was on the property and the car appears to have a punched ignition.

Trespassing: A resident on Forrest Avenue reported people trespassing on her property.

Suspicious Vehicle: A car occupied by three subjects was seen at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Mitchell Drive at 11:26 p.m.
