Thursday, Feb. 17

Town Code Violation: There were three dogs running off-leash in Peri Park at 12:50 p.m.

Vandalism: Fence boards were broken off and the lock to the gate and garage were also cut at a residence on Olema Road at 2:04 p.m.

Disturbance: A resident reported that his neighbor was screaming profanities and blaring music on Pine Drive at 6:07 p.m.

Wednesday, Feb. 16

Storm Related: There was a tree down on a house on Meernaa Avenue and a small tree down on Spruce Road.

Barking Dog: A resident wanted to sign a citizen’s arrest for a barking dog on Madrone Road at 6:11 a.m.

Suspicious Circumstances: A resident wanted to speak to an officer about an item she found on her property on Ridge Road.

Drug Violation: There was an anonymous report of subjects smoking marijuana in near the yoga studio on School Street at 12:28 p.m. and since yoga is about being healthy, he felt the smokers need to leave.

Child Abuse Report: There was a cross-report of a possible child abuse case filed.

Welfare Check: A resident wanted a welfare check on his sister on Manor Road at 7:08 p.m.

Welfare Check: A person upstairs at the Buckelew House had been yelling to himself for an hour at 9:01 p.m. He agreed to stop.

Driving Under the Influence: An arrest was made for driving under the influence of alcohol at Rocca and Taylor Drives at 9:34 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A subject was down and not moving at the 7-11 on Bolinas Road at 9:41 p.m.

Barking Dog: A dog on Scenic Road was barking for over an hour at 9:53 p.m.

Tuesday, Feb. 15

Driving without a License: An officer initiated activity at Sequoia Road and Scenic and a driver was cited for driving without a license at 8:54 a.m.

Assist Outside Agency: San Anselmo Police Department requested Fairfax Police assist with locating a subject regarding a battery that just occurred in San Anselmo at 12:43 p.m.

Barking Dog: A dog had been barking all day on Spruce Road at 1:53 p.m.

Driving without a License: An officer initiated activity at the Mono lot at 2:45 p.m. and a driver was cited for driving without a license.

Civil Problem: A woman on Maple Avenue received an angry text from her estranged husband. A child custody was supposed to take place and she is afraid of him because of previous threats.

Accident – No Injury: A car appeared to have rolled away from the parking lot on Broadway Road and was on the drop-off between Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Broadway Road at 8:35 p.m.

Storm Related: Power was out on Oak Road and by St. Rita’s.

Insanity Case: A customer at 19 Broadway was just told to leave at 11:09 p.m. The subject was not served any alcohol there.

Monday, Feb. 14

Suspicious Circumstances: A resident requested an officer follow-up regarding a phone scam.

Traffic Complaint: An erratic driver was following a resident closely on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 5:54 p.m.
