Monday, Aug. 2

Noise: There was a group of intoxicated subjects in the pool at the Sherwood Oaks Apartments at 1:15 a.m.

Garbage Complaint: A resident at Spruce and Azalea Avenues continues to put garbage out on the street and mark it as "free."

Welfare Check:  There was a request for a welfare check following a possible fight in San Rafael in a car between a man and woman.

Barking Dog: A dog had barked for three nights in a row on Dominga Avenue and was barking again at 9:55 p.m.

Tuesday, Aug. 3

Suspicious Vehicle: An officer initiated activity at the closed Albertson's at 12:53 a.m.

Found Property: A child's bag was found with contents inside in front of the Fairfax Barber Shop.

Warrant Traffic: A resident called from a neighbor's house on Pacheco Avenue reporting that her boyfriend was on meth, broke her phone and tried to hit her at 12:05 p.m. He also threatened himself with a knife.

Found Property: Several ID cards were found on the ground behind the Coin Washing Well.

Found Property: A resident found a Citi Bank card with miscellaneous items in a bag in San Anselmo, but doesn't have gas money to drive to San Anselmo and turn it in there.

Shot: A nurse from the Kaiser Emergency Room in Terra Linda reported that a 16-year-old patient from Fairfax was shot in the buttocks with a pellet gun the night before.

Disturbance: There was a verbal disturbance between a couple of juveniles at the Parkade at 4:54 p.m.

Noise: A neighbor was having band practice in their yard on Dominga Avenue at 8 p.m.

Wednesday, Aug. 4

Hit and Run: A resident on Hillside Drive reported seeing an unknown car sideswipe a neighbor's vehicle at 1:31 a.m.

Unwanted Subject: A subject was being abusive and shouting disruptive comments at customers at the Java Hut at 8:59 a.m.

Driving without a License: An officer initiated activity at the closed Albertson's at 10:54 a.m.

Citizen Assist: The owner of the Quality Liquors wanted to speak with an officer about slanderous signs he found about him and his store.
